Overview
The VIAVI PSDA320-2 is a Fuel Level Sensing System (FLSS) test set. It is part of the VIAVI range of aircraft-specific fuel system support equipment, and is listed as ground support equipment for testing the Airbus A320 fuel quantity indicating system.
The PSDA320-2 is used to check the thermistors and RTDs in the FLSS. It connects at the tank wall. Other A320 interfaces in the range, the PSDA320-3 and PSDA320-4, connect at the processor instead.
VIAVI aircraft interface cables and units are used together with a VIAVI Fuel Quantity Test Set to test and troubleshoot the fuel quantity system. For the Airbus A320, the datasheet lists the PSD90-3DC DC Capacitance Test Set, which replaces the discontinued PSD30-2AF.
