Nicslab builds multichannel source-measure instruments for photonic integrated circuits, quantum and mixed-signal test: the XDAC (unipolar and bipolar, 8 to 120 channels) and XPOW families of multichannel SMUs, Multiconnector breakout boards that connect a chip to every channel, the XSOM control module and XEIC control IC for photonic circuits, and the Mini ATE bench tester.
