Overview
The Spectrum Master MS2760A-0110 is the 110 GHz frequency model of the Anritsu MS2760A family of ultraportable spectrum analyzers. It covers 9 kHz to 110 GHz and is fitted with a W1 (1.0 mm) male test port connector.
The MS2760A uses Anritsu's patented nonlinear transmission line (NLTL) technology, which is also used in Anritsu vector network analyzers. Because the instrument is small enough to connect directly to the device under test, long test port cables, which add loss at millimeter-wave frequencies, are not needed.
The analyzer is powered over USB and is controlled from a Windows-based PC, laptop or tablet. It can be used in the lab, on the manufacturing floor or in the field. Measurements include channel power, adjacent channel power and occupied bandwidth, with spectrum and spectrogram displays.
Applications include 5G and millimeter-wave device development, automotive radar, 802.11ad/WiGig spectral mask testing, satellite communications, wireless backhaul and on-wafer spectrum measurements to 110 GHz.
