Overview

The Spectrum Master MS2760A-0032 is the 32 GHz model of the Anritsu MS2760A ultraportable spectrum analyzer family. It covers 9 kHz to 32 GHz and uses a K (2.92 mm) male test port connector, compatible with SMA and 3.5 mm connectors.

The MS2760A family is based on Anritsu's patented nonlinear transmission line (NLTL) technology, the same technology used in Anritsu vector network analyzers. The pocket-sized instrument can be connected directly to the device under test, removing the need for long test port cables that introduce loss and error at higher frequencies.

The analyzer is USB-powered and controlled from a Windows-based PC, laptop or tablet, which allows use in the lab, on the production floor or in the field. Measurement functions include channel power, adjacent channel power and occupied bandwidth, with spectrum and spectrogram displays, up to six traces, three trace detectors and 12 markers.

An external 10 MHz frequency reference input and an external TTL trigger input are provided for synchronisation with other test equipment.
