Overview
The VIAVI C2 Multi-speed Appliance is a compact, portable 2U network test system for VIAVI TestCenter. It holds up to two interface cards with up to 8 Ethernet ports in total, at line rates of 10G, 5G, 2.5G, 1G and 100M. Hardware timing is fully synchronized across NICs and ports, so a single clocking source serves all test ports in the appliance.
The C2 runs VIAVI TestCenter Layer 2-7 router, switch, application and security test solutions. It also supports other interfaces, including Automotive Ethernet. It is used for functional, performance and benchmark testing in the lab and on operational networks.
