Overview
The Sercalo EBTM (Evaluation Board for Electrostatic Mirrors) is an electronics module that connects to mirrors in the Sercalo electrostatic MEMS mirror product family.
The board drives a dual-axis electrostatic MEMS mirror in open loop. The user sends UART or I2C commands to the EBTM to control the mirror and set it to a fixed position. Positions defined by the user can be saved in the board's memory.
