Overview

The Anritsu MA2473D is a standard diode power sensor in the MA247xD series, covering 10 MHz to 32 GHz with a K(m) RF connector. It is designed for use with the ML2430, ML2480 and ML2490 series power meters.

The sensor is intended for high dynamic range, high accuracy CW and TDMA measurements. It provides a 90 dB dynamic range, from -70 dBm to +20 dBm, and stores its calibration factors in EEPROM.

With a rise time of 4 µs, the sensor is fast enough for power measurements on GSM and similar TDMA systems that use GMSK modulation. Its RF connector has a hexagon coupling nut for attachment with an industry standard torque wrench.
